I can’t really make any comment about this that doesn’t in some way generalise disabled drivers, so I will just let the viewer make their own.

They obviously had their eye on the sales today, because they certainly weren’t on the micra they almost took out.
We can’t say anything bad about van mans parking… because they obviously own the road. In between picking his nose, drinking from a glass bottle of Irn-Bru and looking at a scuddy book, he might have tried aiming his ample frame between the white lines…
Their child definitely wasn’t with them… maybe a memory lapse and they forgot that they could park?
